I have a discount code setup on my Shopify, specifically for customers who have already purchased at least once. However when I test it, even from a new browser, it is letting me add the discount code, despite that I have never purchased from the website, how do I fix this?

Hi @kaanayfer , You should be able to check, by going to: Shopify > Customers > Segments > click on “Customers who have purchased at least once”

@kaanayfer , you can check this by viewing the segment here. This is from a test store, but you can see it shows all the customers who fall in that segment: [topshop_0-1718651618153.png]

they informed me that with a discount using this customer segment, if a customer types in the discount code, it will show the code is active, but apparently will not let them checkout
