My customers are using a coupon code that is not listed in my admin. I’d like to disable this discount code but cannot because it’s not listed.
Discounts can only be applied if they are active within your admin. You may have either a manual discount or an automatic discount enabled:
I would check both spots to ensure you don’t have a discount code enabled in either area. If you don’t have a discount enabled here, then that would suggest you’re using a discount or upsell app that is applying the discount. Disabling the app by removing it from your admin or within the dashboard of the app will stop the discount from being used.
If you do not have discounts enabled in the manual or automatic areas, nor have any upsell/discount apps, then I would recommend contacting support so they can take a closer look at the account. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
