We have issued certain discount codes and we can find them being used on a transaction but the code in the discount code section will show 0 uses.
Any thoughts?

To turn on the discount code, please check if you active your coupons or not.
And please check both active dates (including expiration date) on your coupons. Usage limits, etc.
Product-specific discount codes will apply to all quantities of a product when a customer applies the discount code. For example, if a customer adds 10 of the same product, then the product-specific code will discount all 10 items. You can also choose to apply the discount only once per order in the discount settings.
