Hello, we have installed the Wholesale gorilla> > app and it’s PERFECT but it doesn’t seem to have a discount codes section at checkout. Their team said it’s not available as an option. Can someone confirm or offer a work around other than manually adding to a draft order? This is a big deal for us and customers.

Draft orders have a separate checkout than the normal checkout. Draft orders also handle discounts differently from normal orders.
So, if the app you’re using relies on draft orders, you will have to deal with these limitations.
Are you open to trying a wholesale pricing app that doesn’t rely on draft orders?
If not, then I recommend reaching out to the Wholesale Gorilla developers, to ask them to add an alternative option for customers to enter discount codes, before the draft order is created.
