Hello, my customer sent me a screenshot of her checkout. It says « Discount code » but the actual box to enter it does not show! Did anyone face a similar issue? I am using the shopify checkout.

Was the customer on mobile or desktop?
Do you know what browser they were using?
Are you able to replicate the issue?
Can you please share a screenshot of where the discount field should be but is not?

Thank you for the link and the screenshots. I also was not able to replicate this on my end, which definitely narrows down the potential issue to being a device or browser problem.
I would ask the customer to try viewing the desktop version of the page in their browser (Click the 3 dots in the upper right > View Desktop Site) and see if it is still a problem. I would also ask if they have any 3rd party ad blockers installed on their phone as well.
It would also be good to know what mobile phone they are using, what operating system the phone is on and if they can replicate the issue across other devices.
