Thank you for getting in touch. Can you tell me which theme you are using please? Have you managed to get the “Compare at” price displayed in this theme before, or is this the first time you’ve tried?

I’m using Debutify, yea i used this Theme already before and i had no problems with it, but now i seriously can’t understand what happened

Right, thank you. It’s worth noting that Debutify is not a Shopify-made theme, nor is it made by an approved Shopify Partner who offers their theme through the official Shopify Theme Store. Third-party themes not made available via the Theme Store are not subject to the same quality and stability requirements of official themes and as such bugs and technical issues are more likely to arise.

I would recommend reaching out to the developers of the Debutify theme if possible and asking them for their assistance with this. If they are unable to help, you could look into hiring a Shopify Expert to troubleshoot and repair this problem for you.

Moving forward, if you are unable to resolve this issue or experience more down the line, I would recommend looking into getting a theme from the Shopify Theme Store. There’s a wide variety of options in both the free and paid categories, and if you use a free Shopify-made theme, bugs and issues such as this is something our own themes team can investigate and look into for you.

i solved the problem,apparently you have to turn on a setting in the market options that allows discount prices to be shown in EU countries

Im having a similar problem on the sense theme my website is cupidssurprise.com and I fixed the issue when the products show on a collection but once you open the product page the compare at price does not show and it only shows the discounted price.
