after i made discount code “buy4get1” are orders came using this code are Partially fulfilled, and not counting the quantity of products right. but the total order payment is right.

Thanks for giving us a heads-up about your situation here. We actually have an ongoing incident where some folks using ‘Buy X Get Y’ style discounts are having orders marked as ‘Partially Fulfilled’. What we’re asking folks to do if they’re facing this is issue is to reach out to our Live Team using this link here, so they can collect some data and lend a hand. Our team is hoping to have this resolved very soon!
