Hi, I am about to launch our shop in the UK ( selling items to raise funds for charity) and we have 2 shipping rates for the customers, depending on the product they buy. How do I set shipping rates so that if multiple items are purchased, the shipping rates are not multiplied as well ? Eg 3 x items ordered which would be £3.99 each for shipping. I do not expect the customer to pay £11.97 for shipping - usually you would only charge one shipping fee of £3.99. Shipping fees are set at product level and kept simple ( not variable by item weight or courier service) . Thanks for any help/suggestions

Do you have multiple locations or multiple shipping profiles on the Shopify admin?
Do you want flat fee by item category?
Hi Mira, we have a flat fee for all products £3.99 ( except a few - which have a different flat fee as they are much smaller/lighter) . We have a couple of shipping profiles in shopify settings which are set to these two variations at product level. Can you help advise me how I ensure multiple items do not get charged with multiple shipping costs ? Thanks

Default shoofly’s nature is to send additive shipping rates when customer adds item to the cart from different shipping profiles.
In this case you might required some shipping app additionally your store should have enable CCS. (it depend on Shopify’s plan)
