Discounts being applied at checkout without a code

Hi

I need some help. Recently we have noticed that the system is applying a discount to some of our orders but not specifying a discount code.

I have attached a screen shot to help explain. The product that the discount has been applied to is not even the same as the order.

Please can anyone explain how i fix this. We are losing revenue on sales where we do not have a discount code.

Hi, @Susan1386 It seems like you have activated automatic discounts on Specific Collections. Please verify that and if that is the case just turn it off and you won’t face any problem moving forward.

To check that Navigate to : Shopify Admin > Discounts > Automatic Discounts.
