I have some collections set up up to automatically ring up at 50% off and some at 40% off. The discounts work beautifully online (see screen shot below) but when ringing up on the POS only one discount shows up below the subtotal (see 2nd screen shot from POS). Please help.
Were you able to find a solution for this? We are experiencing the same thing and I cannot figure it out… ![]()
Shopify responded that they were aware of this issue and it will not be
fixed until late 2023. Very frustrating.
