We are currently facing a significant issue with the “Buy X for Y amount” discount feature in our store, which is managed through an app. The primary concern is a price discrepancy that occurs between the checkout page and the order page of Shopify.

In your situation, I think you need to contact to support development team of the app you are using for “Buy X for Y amount” discount feature in your store. They can further solve and fix your issues easier because the bug can come from the app you use!!!

After finding for more information, I noticed that the issue is absolutely not originated from the app you use because the app can just only interfere with the cart page, but from checkout out is that the shopify handle, no app interferes.

The price discrepancy that occurs between the checkout page and the order page of Shopify can come from the shipping code and taxes you may not pay attention to the setting of Shopify admin. Besides, if it is not relevant to taxes, it can may come from the Shopify compatibility discount with your app you using or may come from the theme setting.

As I checked there is no “Buy X for Y amount” discount is there in the BOGO+ | Buy X Get Y Free Gift.
In addition, the price variation is not due to tax or shipping costs. The discount is correctly applied at checkout; however, after placing the order, the original price is reflected instead in order page of Shopify . Furthermore, there is no label or amount breakdown to indicate which product the discount was applied to and the amount deducted.

We have a collection where we want to offer a “Buy X for Y amount” discount to customers who purchase any 2 products from that collection. However, I noticed that this functionality is not available in the current app.
