Display 1 variant on custom landing page using gem pages

I make honey and have 3oz-12oz-3lb and gallon size variants for 20+ different kinds of honey.

I have a custom landing page for GALLON-HONEY and I want to list 6 products on this page but only display the gallon variant for each product on the page. This is not the starting variant its usually the 12oz jars.

How do I tell this custom gem page to do that?
