Display a discount on Product Page only when user is coming from Cart permalinks with a discount

Is it possible to show the discount on a product page only when a user is coming from a cart permalink with a discount?

For example:

  1. User goes to site from link:
https://my-shop-name.myshopify.com/cart/36485954240671:1?payment=shop_pay&discount=15off
  1. Product Page Discount is shown %15 OFF

I understand this can be done on the cart and checkout level using apps, but I haven’t found a way to do this on the Product Page.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
