Display all related collections on a given collection page MetaObjects/Meta Feilds Help

Hi,

I am looking to create a functionality as described below:

We have 2 different brands for example

1.Apple

2.Samsang

Within each brand there is 2/3 different subcollections

  1. Apple

(a) Iphone

(b) ipad2

  1. Samsung

(a) monitors

(b) laptops

(c) phones.

I want to display all related collections on the top of each collection

for example if someone clicks on to Samyang- it should show clickable collection bar with monitors, laptops and phones. When monitors is chosen it should so Samyang, laptops and phones etc.

How can this be achieved using metaobjects and meta fields.

The above example is only for example purposes- I am using Refresh theme
