As a furnishings store, we need some specific products to say call for quote, because there are too many variables available and it is easier if a customer contacts us. Is there a way to make a condition where if I make the price $0.00 , “call for quote” shows instead?
I have tried using an app, but it only changes the single product page, not the grid.

Hi, @Eliz1 . I’m happy to help you out with this! What kind of variables do you need to take into consideration for your products? Do you also have any examples of how you want your product pages and product grid to look?
It’s definitely possible to replace your “Add to cart” and dynamic checkout buttons with a “Call for quote” message for some products. We have a tutorial to help with this for vintage themes here. However, since you’re using an Online Store 2.0 theme the steps will be different. With an Online Store 2.0 theme like Stiletto, you can do this by creating a new product page template in your theme editor for products that need a “Call for quote” message. You can then edit that new template using your theme’s available sections and blocks. For example, you can remove your buy buttons and add a note for customers to contact you. Once you’ve customized your new template, you can apply it to the products that have additional variables to consider, while keeping your Default product template applied to your remaining products. This will allow customers to continue purchasing products as normal when they don’t need to contact you, while prompting them to contact you if it’s a product that requires it. @Eliz1 edits need to be made to the PRODUCT CARD and to the PRODUCT TEMPLATE (the card controls what is viewed on collections, etc.) - You are using a PAID theme. See if their support will help you. If not I can do so or any other expert here. Cost involved but you get what you want.
Hi guys, I just wanted to make an update on this post. I have seen lots of suggestions on other discussions but I have difficulties figuring out where to place things in my code. I am looking to figure out two things:
If the price is $0.00, the price will be replaced with “Request Quote” on the product page, collections etc.
How to add “starting at” beside prices on some products.
Is there a way to do this through tags or conditions?
