Display FREE / T.B.D. on shipping methods / shipping. Hide subtotal amount.

All of my shipping methods are set to $0, as I add shipping after checkout.

I have modified under default theme content to not show “FREE” in the upper right corner of the method, with just a space added. However, is there a way to have different text on each in the upper right corner. EX. On the free shipping option, to show Free but on all others, to say T.B.D. If not, this is not a big deal as the shipping method defines what it is.

In the shipping section above the total, I have changed “FREE’ to 'T.B.D”. However, is there a way for it to say 'FREE" for the one actual free shipping option I have setup and “T.B.D.” for all others? If not, I may just hide the shipping section. Also, is there a way to hide the subtotal amount? I saw I can hide “Subtotal” under default theme content.

we can not default hide this FREE word but there is option on Shopfiy to rename it from checkout language.

Go to Shopify settings > checkout > Checkout language > Click on Edit checkout content button and search for Free and you can replace with T.B.D.
