Display message on Order Confirmation email if order is over $100

Hello,

I’m looking to display a message on the order confirmation email if the order is over $100, giving access to a link-only page with discounted products.

Any help would be very appreciated!

I’ll looking for it to just be done using shopify liquid, i can just plug it into the email order confirmation i have already in shopify settings.
