I am currently trying to showcase all my products segmented by collection. For example:
COLLECTION 1
Product 1 Product 2 Product 3
COLLECTION 2
Product 4 Product 5 Product 6
COLLECTION 3
Product 7 Product 8 Product 9
I am wondering what the best approach would be for this?

Which theme are you currently using? It sounds like utilising the collection list section would match what you are after. This way you can have 3 separate collections with chosen products assigned to the corresponding collection:
The majority of the free Shopify themes have the option to add this section via the theme editor. If you feel comfortable sharing your store URL, I would be more than happy to take a look for you and provide you with further instructions.
Otherwise, if you feel comfortable with editing your themes code, you have the option to manually input this section yourself. I have linked the developer tutorial below:
Important Coding Reminders:
If you make changes to the original code and save the changes, we always suggest you first duplicate the theme and work in the duplicate. That way you can always go back to your previous version.
If you make changes to the original code in a theme and update your theme to a newer version in the future it will override past changes.
If you need custom changes but would prefer the help of a developer we recommend Shopify’s own Expert Marketplace.
If you’ve changed theme files and need to revert them, you can roll back .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes.
