Display Sold Out Badge on orders page when fulfilling orders

How do I/Can I modify the Order page to bring to my attention that a product/variant is sold out and needs attention.

When viewing an order to fulfill, I would like to know if the product/variant is sold out or has an inventory of 0 without having to click into the product/variant. Displaying a “sold out” badge on the product/variant image would be my preference as shown in the mock-up image below:

You can try using Shopify Flow app, but I have not done like changing the main product image when sold out. You can, however, send an email to yourself once the product is sold out, or I think you can add a metafield SOLD OUT text to be visible in your order. Shopify Flow app creates a lot of possibilities for your store and I believe you can find some alternative using the said app
