Displaying B2B Price Breaks

Topic summary

A Shopify Plus merchant has set up B2B catalogues with tiered pricing discounts but faces a visibility problem: customers don’t know these price breaks exist. They want to display volume-based pricing tiers on product and collection pages (similar to the attached example image) to encourage bulk purchases.

Proposed Solutions:

  • Shopify’s Trade theme: Contains built-in functionality for displaying tiered pricing. The code could be extracted and adapted to the merchant’s current theme.

  • B2B Blocks app: A third-party Shopify app designed to add price-break tables to non-B2B themes, potentially offering a plug-and-play solution.

Status: The discussion remains open with no confirmation of which approach the original poster will pursue or whether these solutions integrate properly with their existing B2B catalogue price lists.

We are on Shopify plus and have loaded catalogues with price discounts for our B2B accounts. The issue is that no one knows these price breaks exist.

I’d like to add something on our product and collection pages that shows what the price could be if the customer adds multiple units to get to the next tier.

I’ve attached an example, but, as far as I can tell, none of these apps integrate with our B2B Catalogue Price Lists.

Any suggestions for that?

You don’t need an app. Please check Shopify’s Trade theme which has exactly this functionality. You could have someone help you copy the code for it to your theme or help implement it.

Hey B2B’s,
If anybody is looking to add a price-breaks table on a non-b2b theme, you can try https://apps.shopify.com/b2b-blocks
