Displaying item and not selling it for markets (US and Canada)

Hi,

We have this set of items that we don’t want to be sell.

  1. Visibility of prices to USA market must be fixed price in USD.
  2. Visibility of prices to Canada market must be fixed price in CAD.
  3. No items can be added to cart (or progress through checkout) for USA/Canada customers and/or USA/Canada shipping address

Both 1 and 2 are done. But how can we achieve 3. Do you have any idea on this one?

We created Markets for USA/Canada for the fixed price to show (we used Geolocation to see the result). However we want it to not be able to sell. Making the Market inactive will result to prices showing JPY and not the fixed price set for US/Canada.
