I am absolutely livid! When I was giving birth to my daughter someone hacked my account and was able to make a duplicate card to withdrawal money from an ATM in an entirely different state I was in. I HAVE the physical card, so it was not lost. I filed a dispute back on 5/29/24 and it’s been almost a month and today I get an email that my dispute has been denied!!! Are you kidding me? What makes matters worse is not being able to even verbally talk to someone since everything is online. Shame on you Shopify for collecting money monthly from small business owners only to spit in their faces when their money gets stolen from them and they have proof it wasn’t them.

But shopify support seems very busy at the moment.
And if someone is using your card the right way would be to report to police and than to the card issuer.
Its the legal chain.
Do it quickly, spotify can not do much to be honest.
