District Theme How do you add picture links inside collection pages?

How do you set it up on District theme so that your drop down collection pages can have multiple pictures to click on (like pic attached of Territory Run Co example) . For instance I would love to have my drop down be “Apparel” and then when you open that link there are individual pictures to click on “Tees” “Sweatshirts” “Tanks”…Thank you!! Jamie Keller
