DMCA Request-Shopify refused to handle it

Our brand website has recently been subjected to a large number of fake 1:1 copying sites, and we own a large number of brand trademarks and copyrights in the United States. We recently filed a DMCA complaint with Shopify because the website was created on the Shopify platform, but Shopify replied that we were not registered on their platform. Can someone tell me how to handle this? I sent a DMCA email to Shopify, but no reply has been there for two weeks. We receive a large number of fake order complaints every day.

Hi @PerpivotPeng . Hope you are doing well!

I feel really bad that you are having this problem.

You can do a things with this issue
Go to the website shopify.com/dmca. Submit a new DMCA notice.
You can also email at legal@shopify.com , if someone is violating your intellectual rights.
You can also submit a report at shopify.com/report-abuse.
If you have a trademark lawyer you should talk to them, send a formal letter to Shopify directly.

If this was helpful, then don’t forget to like it and Mark as Solution.

Resubmit your request and only include links to the store. I had the same issue.
