Hi! I received a notice about a theme I was using, a friend had set it up for me last year. She used Envy. As instructed, I took it down, deleted it and rebuilt my site using Debut, a free theme. Today my site was taken down.
I can’t figure out how to fix the problem to get my site back up…

My suggestion would be to once again review and follow the instructions in the email sent to them from the Trust & Safety team. If you cannot find the email, please search the Account Owner inbox and junk mail/spam. Once you locate the email and your theme is completely removed, reply back directly back to that email for next steps as they are most equipped to help you.
