Hi Alex,
You may privately send me the details.
Domain transfer from Google Domains to Shopify led to severe site issues over the past week: very slow loading and broken layout/content. Shopify shows the error “Your domain has an unsupported DNSSEC record.”
Actions taken: the DNS A record was updated to Shopify’s IP (23.227.38.65). Store is using the Ride theme v12.0.0 (fully updated). The live URL (www.ozarkoutdoorshop.com) was shared.
Technical context: DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security Extensions) is a security feature that adds cryptographic validation via DS records; an “unsupported DNSSEC” error typically indicates a DNSSEC-related misconfiguration at the domain level. An A record maps the domain to an IP address but does not resolve DNSSEC issues by itself.
Evidence: multiple screenshots were attached showing the error and site rendering problems; these visuals are central to assessing the issue.
Current status: unresolved. A respondent asked for the details to be sent privately, and no fix or decision has been reported yet. Key question remains whether DNSSEC configuration needs correction after the transfer.
