does that mean they see my address on confirmation bills

It is possible that customers will see the address listed under Settings > Store details. By default, it may be added to your store’s Privacy Policy, and may be used in other instances as well. For example, if you use an app like Order Printer to generate invoices, it will likely appear on the invoices.
If you currently have your home address listed, you might be interested in getting a PO Box address for your business. That way, you’ll have an address to list in case of returns, but you’ll be able to keep your home address private.
