Do I need to pay US taxes if my dropshipping agent is based there?

Hi,

I am based in Japan, and my store will be billing through Japan. The target market is the USA and Canada.

Because I am in Japan and my dropshipping agent is in the USA, am I liable to pay taxes in America?
