Do the 'sales channel' integrations suck, or is it just me?

I’ve been struggling with the TikTok sales channel and Facebook sales channel. They’re both connected, but the TikTok sales channel seems to randomly have products get approved and others that don’t. The ones that don’t come up with bizarre error messages. Fixing the messages seemingly does nothing. For example, it will say that a SKU must be in stock…there’s inventory listed in Shopify. Or, it will say it’s missing a Manufacturer, but there’s no field for Manufacturer, so…

The Facebook channel seems to create a facebook and instagram shop with products, but connecting ads seems to be impossible. Perhaps it’s due to having multiple facebook business accounts and no way in shopify to seemingly choose the proper account?

Regardless, both of those sales channels seem like they would be wildly popular, but, at least for me, they’ve been virtually impossible to set up and actually do anything useful with. Anyone else?
