Do Themes affect compatibility with Apps or Import?

Hello Experts,

I am still new to the Shopify game and wanted to make some things sure:

Do the themes I choose affect compatibility with certain Apps (f.e. an App for Instagram integration)?

Also, I plan to Upload a CSV File with descriptions and pictures of products and assign them to the already existing products, is that affected by the chosen theme?

I assume not, but I want to be sure before making my choice!

Uploading Csv in shopify will have no effects on the theme. Make sure the table and lines should be correct.
