Do unpublished products influence site speed?

I have amassed a bunch of products on my site and unpublished many as well as categories. Do they have an impact on the site speed or do they not?

Hello @ManuelH , No never!! Any draft products and any draft collections will not impact the speed score of the store. Only our store’s page structure, images, fonts, javascript, CSS, colors, third-party apps scripts/styles, etc will be responsible for the speed score of the store.

Hi @ManuelH ,

Unpublished products in Shopify should not affect the speed of your site. If your site’s speed has problem, you should consider the following factors:

Number of Published Products, Images and Media, Apps and Plugins, Theme Code, Server Response Time, Browser Caching.
