I do pop up sales which I don’t use Shopify POS. Can your app account for this revenue and COGs and expenses?
This is a great suggestion Michael.
GoProfit app currently focuses on revenue from Shopify, but can certainly accommodate a custom revenue source that you can enter in after each popup sales.
Right now the app can certainly handle custom COGS, and custom expenses.
Btw, Shopify POS has been getting a lot better.
I used to run Square for my cafe, but switch to Shopify to standardize the product, profit and cost tracking with online sales. Don’t have the cafe anymore but keeping everything in one place is definitely beneficial time-wise.
Hey @Michael_Weintraub!
Good question. ![]()
If your pop-up sales are recorded in Shopify, for example as manual orders, draft orders, or Shopify POS orders, GoProfit can include them in revenue, COGS, and expense reporting.
If those sales happen outside Shopify and are not recorded as orders, GoProfit may not be able to pull the revenue automatically. In that case, you can still add related costs or expenses through Custom Expenses, and the cleanest setup would be to record the pop-up sales in Shopify so everything stays in one profit report.
You’re welcome to try GoProfit and see if it fits your workflow.
