The short version of why I built it: my wife runs a successful Shopify store doing custom-design jewellery and personalised products — roughly 3,000–5,000 orders a month with about 20 people on the production line. Her biggest nightmare was never sales — it was orders getting lost in a multi-step production pipeline. She held it together with spreadsheets, Zapier, and a stack of third-party tools. With that volume and multiple people editing the same document, it corrupted more than once — and each time was chaos.
So I built her a tool to run the whole production pipeline inside Shopify: every order flows through the shop’s stages (engraving, QC, packing — whatever your steps are), each team member sees exactly what’s on their bench, and managers get a live view of where everything is. - Setup is mostly one-time. For us it took under an hour to map the pipeline; after that, new orders route in automatically and the team just works them through.
- It’s a published Shopify app with a free tier and paid plans — pricing’s on the App Store listing and I’m happy to walk anyone through it.
- I’m not claiming it’s magic. It’s the tool I wish she’d had three years ago, cleaned up for other shops.
