Hi, I had a question regarding why Shopify had requested documents from me however reading through previous comments my question was answered. I think it’s clear that documents was asked for after Shopify payment was installed. I am still waiting for a response from the Shopify team after I had responded to their request however I don’t need Shopify pay as I have other payment gateways. If they decline the Shopify pay will my account be reinstated? but with my Shopify pay declined?
