Hi Ivy,

It has been a trying time to get support from Shopify. I missed being able
to participate with Black Friday and Cyber a Monday due to the lack of
customer service. I have attempted to contact support all day yesterday. I
finally received an email at 9:30 pm last night.

The issue that I am having is my website is saving the images of my
products or they’re not showing them

I am sorry to hear you have had some issues accessing support, I understand how vital this is so I would like to know exactly what is preventing you from getting this support you need. If you follow along with the video I posted above, you can you tell me the exact point you are running into trouble? Where are you being prevented from accessing the live email, chat or phone options?

Your product images are not displaying currently is that correct? Can you share with me a link to your store front please? Can you tell me more about the product images - what kind of image file are they? what size are they?

I appreciate you sending me the video but I have attempted to get customer service for 2 months now. Nothing works. I need assistance with my site while I build a site on another platform. I have been delayed and paying for service that I can’t rightfully access.

I understand, @mstyra . I agree with you that not being able to access support is absolutely not acceptable, therefore I really need to know where you are running into a problem when trying to access our live support, so we can resolve this.
