I am tossing up between websites, however I want to confirm that potential customers can purchase from shopify without having the app? I don’t want it being a limiting factor. Thank you

I had to sign up to set up my shoplift account.
I am wondering if someone that doesn’t have the shoplift app downloaded and doesn’t have a login can still purchase from me via shopify?
I will be adding a shooify link onto my website, so just want to understand if they need to already have the shopify app.
