Does anyone else have an issue with items still in the cart after order completed?

Hello, I am using a wholesale app and I am having a problem with items that are still remaining in the cart after the order has been complete. The app I am using is Wholesale Gorilla and for all the logged in customers who are tagged with “wholesale” their items still remain in the cart after an order is placed, for customers who have the tag Net30, their orders seem to clear the cart after an order is complete, and to add customers who are not logged in, seems to have their cart cleared as well. It is only happening for the customers who have wholesale on their customer account. When we disable the Wholesale Gorilla, we do not have any cart issues at all, so we know the problem is with the app. Is there anyone else out there experiencing the same issue with a wholesale app not being able to clear the cart? If you can provide any feedback, it would kindly be appreciated. Thanks.

You should reach out to WSG’s support team directly (support@wholesalegorilla.com)) … most likely an issue with how the app’s coding has been added to your theme. There’s a good chance they could fix this for you.

That was the first step, reaching out to their support team, however they were not able to help, saying there was something wrong on Shopify’s end as far as the recent Winter update and something about API, I also contacted Shopify support and they said they were going to look into the situation. Wholesale Gorilla has an excellent support team, they have tried to help many times but informed me that it was not in their control. I have also seen another post with a similar issue but with a different Wholesale app, so I am hoping Shopify support can help with the issue because everything was working fine before the Shopify Winter 2024 update.
