i am looking for an app where I can have an inline lead capture on the page and once they input their email address and click the button it will download the “lead magnet” pdf. Also, would i need a separate app to bring those leads over to our constant contact list?

Its not that complicated, we can accomplish with a custom app.
We can use Shopify script tag to embed your inline lead form. We’ll make it so you can customize the form. We’ll also sync the contacts generated over to constant contacts app.
