Hi! I know there is a way to manually merchandise your website in the collections section under products - BUT we have so many on our site that manually dragging and moving is VERY time consuming AND all new products always end up at the bottom of the list. Does anyone know how to live look at your website and move products around that way so I can see what products are actually available to consumers (without having to comb through ALL my products?). Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I understand the importance of controlling the order and positions of your products in a timely fashion. You mentioned that your store has many products and are looking for a different solution than manually dragging the newly added products from the bottom of the list. I took a look at our App Store and found an app called Collection Manager by Innovanet Solutions, which may work for you. They allow you to quickly merchandise using multi-select drag and drop sorting that looks like this:
