yes, I already did that, but like they said above it seems to be all or nothing and I really still want to be notified of my online sales that I need to fulfill, but not every POS sales order that goes through, that by nature is already fulfilled.

Confirmed email solution: In Settings > Notifications, under Staff notifications (bottom), delete existing recipients, add a new recipient, and set the Location to “Web” (not “All”). This limits email alerts to online orders only. Multiple confirmations that this works.

Mobile/app notifications: Still problematic. Attempts on iPhone led to an app loop prompting re-download. Turning off notifications at the device level (tablet/phone) disables all alerts, including online orders, which isn’t acceptable for some users.

Current status: Partially resolved. Email filtering to online-only is achievable via Staff notifications. Selective push/app notifications for POS vs. web remain unresolved; some resort to manual daily checks.
