That said, the last time I called in, customer service was outstanding and I was given the direct contact info for the person who helped me.
I’m hoping to focus on the computer side of my business in the next quarter and that involves building out the Shopify site.
So please call in if you have an issue and see if you get a great guy like I did and then mot moving to another platform becomes much-more-worth-it!
