regarding Shopify payments, it will apply 2.4% Online Canadian Credit card rates + 30cents CAD and the transaction fee if not using Shopify Payments is 0.5%. Just wondering whether these Shopify payments include any Canadian taxes, such HST, GST, etc…

The fees are calculated for a monthly period, for the total amount of the orders, including taxes and shipping. They are calculated in the following manner: [(cost of products - discounts) + tax + shipping charges] x rate. The rate depends on the subscription plan you are on.
