All of a sudden I have hundreds of dummy customer accounts which I believe were created by a bot.
If I delete them all, will that affect my store performance at all?

As long as the customer accounts that you’re deleting haven’t placed any orders on your store, then there should be no issues with removing them (won’t hurt anything).
