Does Google Merchant Sync the shipping from Shopify if we use a 3rd party shipping app?

Hi,

I’m not familiar with Google Merchant but does it sync the shipping from Shopify if we use a 3rd party shipping app?

I use the Google and Youtube app, linked the Google Merchant and Google Business profile accounts. The products are showing fine but the shipping policy is not pulling from Shopify.

This is the setting from the Google & Youtube Shopify app:

Instead in Google Merchant, it shows the $100 Flat rate which isn’t correct:

Our store calculates the shipping rate via a 3rd party app. How can we show the rates from the 3rd party app in Google Merchant? Is that even possible?

Did you find a solution? We are having the same issue.

3rd party shipping apps are not synced via the Google And youtube app.

And no other data feed app can, because they can’t read 3rd party shipping data.

You need to ask that 3rd party app to submit shipping details to Google Merchant Center, if they can.
