Does keeping product URLs in original language affect SEO on a multilingual site?

I’m migrating from prestashop to shopify, I’m very curious about the new markets function. I have a doubt my site is in Italian, I’m about to translate it with one of the weglot or langify apps I’m still deciding. In dealing with designer vintage clothing, I have more clients internationally. The thing that does not convince me is that the url of the product will remain in Italian.

Example:

mystore.com/products/camicia-rossa-vintage
mystore.com/en-en/products/camicia-rossa-vintage
we cannot have
mystore.com/en-en/products/vintage-red-shirt

Does this compromise SEO?

Of course I’m going to translate title, description meta title and meta description
