Customers nowadays seek to receive delivery updates automatically via email/SMS through a branded experience rather than searching for a tracking number on a third-party website. This helps you to provide a simple and branded experience for customers looking for information about their orders.

Copying and pasting tracking numbers to check on the status of an order on a daily basis to see when it will arrive may not lead to the conversion you expect.

You might try to look into order tracking apps integrating with your carrier and assess if such an experience would be helpful for your customers.
