- Hi there im new to shopify and have recently set up a shop. The manufacturers of my product ship straight from themselves to the customers and im not sure whether i should put that location as the main business location as they are manufacturers and not immediately involved as the business. The other option though is to use my home address which i would prefer not to do as it means customers can see my home address any information on a way around this would be very helpful thanks.

Was there any specific location you were worried about your address being? It shouldn’t be on anything unless you want it to be.
Use your home address for things that shopify need for payments, but other than that, you have control of the address and if you want it shown to customers.

So, I found out today that it does automatically send your address on emails, my issue is how do I remove this because I’m now wondering how many people have been sent my address by default.
By using your address whatcountyamiin you will also find your county. You will simply go and add your correct address and your county will be found easily.
