Just recently launched my site https://wildcoastbrew.com and it seems some folks are having issues accessing my the content on my site or adding items to cart. I have had no such issues (iphone 11 and Windows 10 PC) My theme is flow. My mom was visiting over the holidays and has an older iphone fully updated with a fully updated safari and firefox browser, but could not get the home page to load. Someone else said they were having issues adding items to the cart. Could any of you try it out and see if there’s any issues, especially if you have an older device. Thank you!
The site works great on my end via the latest Сhrome browser.
It is difficult to pinpoint the root cause, but one of the possibilities is that some features/functions are incompatible with certain older browsers. Or, maybe there are 3rd party browsers apps that inhibit the load of certain website scripts.
Is there a way I can troubleshoot this. Is it theme related? Is there a way I can reach someone who has experience with this theme?
I checked with an iphone 7 and was unable to load the page other than the header (drop down menu would not work but search function did) and the bottom of the page.
I’ve found the link for theme support and will start in that direction.
