Does my store look trustworthy?

Store description

I sell sports equipment plus jewelry and recovery equipment i would love to know what you think

What feedback do you want?

I want to know if my website/store looks trustworthy or inviting so people will potentially buy?

Honest take: the store isn’t quite there yet for building trust.

The main thing I’d work on first is focus. Right now you’re selling football grip socks and iced out Cuban jewelry in the same store, and for a visitor that feels random. Pick one lane and build it out. A store with 15 solid products in one category feels way more trustworthy than 3 products across unrelated categories.

The other thing that stands out: the crossed-out prices (socks at $49 marked down to $10) actually hurt trust more than they help. Most people shopping online can tell when a ā€œregular priceā€ isn’t real. Honest pricing goes a long way.

I’d also swap out the supplier images for at least a few real photos of the actual products. That’s probably the single fastest way to look legit.

You’ve got the energy, just needs more focus and a bit more building before driving traffic to it. Good luck!

On your scrolling photos you lead with socks then transition to jewelry. Then later on you have outdoor sporting goods right next to cologne. Having regular products right next to luxury products hurts trust for me. It feels off. Overall though, looks good, just some product / message tweaks. Good luck!

Thank you for the suggestion i will change some stuff now

If I replace the jewelry with soccer themed ones would that be ok u think?

Yeah opening a store and then deciding on the products you want to put on the shelves will only lead to disaster.

Just curious but why do you claim free shipping worldwide but don’t actually do it? Seems rather shady.

I didnt realize it said that

That seems more related, you could even have a section for soccer fan jewelry or something like that. Overall though, I’m only guessing, it’s all about what the data tells you. It might increase the trust, but people still need to love the product.

Do you know where i would go to change that

It’s in your product page.

That was while i was fixing u can check again

Any more tips or suggestions i should make

Trust is usually less about whether a store looks ā€œniceā€ and more about whether the assortment and buying path feel believable. Sports equipment, jewelry, and recovery gear can work together, but only if the site explains the connection quickly.

I took a look at your store and you should consider doing the following:

  1. Add specific benefits like ā€˜Moisture-wicking technology for all-day comfort’ or ā€˜Premium cotton blend that lasts 3x longer’.
  2. Add star ratings with review count prominently in hero (e.g., ā€˜4.8ā˜… from 2,847 reviews’).
  3. Use action-oriented CTAs like ā€˜Shop Performance Socks’ or ā€˜Find Your Perfect Fit’.

Before worrying about ads, I would try to get the first screen and product pages to answer ā€œwhat is this store known for?ā€ and ā€œwhy should I trust this order?ā€ as fast as possible.

Hey! Great question — trust is everything in eCommerce, and there are a few quick wins that can make a big difference.

Here’s what I’d focus on:

Niche clarity — Travis makes a great point. Sports equipment, jewelry, and recovery gear are three very different customer mindsets. Mixing them can confuse visitors and dilute trust. Consider either separating them into collections with strong messaging, or (as Travis suggested) a second store for jewelry.

Trust signals — Make sure you have:

  • Clear Return/Refund policy (visible in footer)
  • About Us page with a real story
  • Contact page with email/phone
  • Reviews or testimonials (even 5–10 go a long way)

Product imagery — Consistent, high-quality photos signal professionalism. Avoid mixing different image styles or backgrounds.

Security & social proof — Trust badges at checkout, SSL padlock, and any press mentions or social following help reassure buyers.

Hey Travis, I checked again. The site is cleaner now, but I still think the biggest trust issue is product focus. Football grip socks and iced-out jewelry together still feels a bit random. If you want it to feel more trustworthy, I’d make it fully sports-focused first, socks, recovery gear, training accessories, maybe soccer-themed accessories later. Also check your sock variants, because some multi-pair options look like they’re showing the same price as one pair.
