When a customer sets up an account, does it store their credit card information?

In order to remain PCI Compliant, Shopify does not store credit card information.
When creating a customer account, customers are able to view profile information, their orders and saved addresses. A customer that has an account that is logged into that account, expects to see their address prefill on the shipping section of checkout. We have more information in our Customer Accounts resource.
